Amazon Kindle is stillborn because it relies heavily on Amazon for the contents, and no easy ways of writing licensing. It is entirely a 1:1 negotiation and as a result, the vast majority of perpetrators are left out. It is quite clear: without the right to use (and pay) the authors use fairly recent works, modern works languish on the shelves until they come out of printing and disappear forever. Today the blogosphere is like a monument to victory in both of amateurism, and the difficulty to be noticed or paid. While content aggregators that have worked to create an Internet network for the distribution market a decade, broadcasters ability to play any and everything whenever they want to create new stars to this day, and supports a much larger industry.

What book should I get my brother for Christmas?
My brother likes to read (unlike me), but not mind listening to audio CDs. He liked listen to Hearts in Atlantis by Stephen King. Does anyone have any recommendations as to the novels I could find on the audio CD that are similar Hearts? My brother is 24 years old. He does not like reading but loved Hearts in Atlantis audio CD, so I'm sure you love others. He works at a desk, so you have plenty of time to listen.
Perhaps, as Dean Koontz. My whole family loves him. All Odd Thomas series is great and I liked it from the corner the eye. Stephen Kings "Bag of Bones" is an excellent audio book too. Actually made the recording of himself and portraying the characters exactly it should be. Oh, and the Green Mile was a good audio book too. It was read by Stephen King but I read it did an excellent job.
