If I take a picture of a picture in a cookbook with my own digital camera, I may put it on my website?

??

Take a picture of any book, by whatever means is a violation of copyright. Probably would be nice if it were for his own use, but to publish it and put it on the Web is classified as editing, are leaving themselves subject to prosecution. publishers can contact and obtain written permission, which obviously would well, if not give permission at least you know exactly where you stand. What legally can be done is to recreate the image and the photograph itself. Chris
