How can I lose weight if I am exhausted and a picky eater?

I'm a working mom with an active month age 8. I am exhausted when I wake and exhausted when I get home from work. I want to work, but honestly I am so tired when I get home (and I'm only getting like 5-6 hours of sleep each night, because of child ... so I got up early to train.) I am very frustrated because I'm actually gaining weight and I feel ugly and serious. Nor I am a healthy eater real. I would be, but I hate vegetables, not a big fan of meat, but I love my carbs. I tried to go on a low carb diet and I was very sick for this. I try to eat salads, but do not fill me and I just ate something shortly after. I'm not huge by any means ... but definitely do not look like I did before pregnancy and more weight gain has me very frustrated ... help ... What can I do? Any cookbook for picky eaters well as I do?

The Michael way we lose weight at this time (which is down 12 pounds) is only for calorie restriction and replacement of best foods for junk food. You know how Michael is too demanding! The goal is 1700 calories a day. We record everything you eat in a spreadsheet to track calories. You will be surprised how easy it is to go over and how many calories they are eating and not really know. Also, instead of eating white bread and pasta and rice, both eat the whole grain, whole wheat stuff now. The high content of fiber helps you lose weight and is good for you. In addition, Michael is eating a lot of potatoes, because despite they have a lot of carbohydrates, if cooked right, they are not as healthy as many people think. They provide relatively low calorie how full so do you usually eat some potatoes that I chopped and seasoned and cooked with a piece of chicken. There is simply no french fries at all, since they are really bad. And when we eat at places like Wendy's, is putting on a fat-free salad with French dressing and a Diet Coke instead of fries and regular soda (and he always gets grilled chicken, which is healthier). It has not had a regular soda in a long time and only diet drinks and flavored waters without sugar in them. I would start by tracking the calories you eat and you may be surprised by how much it really is! Then, see where you can cut things out and do to a point where they will not feel like you are starving, but will spend more calories you eat each day. It is hard and portion control can be tough, but really there is no easy way to lose weight unfortunately. Besides, I think you look good so do not feel bad about yourself! I thought I was losing weight last I saw you, and even mentioned Michael!
