On my visit to the ancestral property in Buckingham County, England, my distant cousin, the lord of the house once told me that he found it fascinating that I have lived on the very edge of Western civilization. Any further steps and I would be talking about China: we both laughed. But we have?
When visiting my relationship with the U.S. or Canada typically was then in western Hong Kong. Here, as we all knew that they wanted a silk dress or expensive clothes or diamonds, earrings, necklaces of exquisite design could have on the negotiations as it could not be bought anywhere else in the world.
We all certain age was known, our rich friends who were out and again, showing her wardrobe, a new suit or pair of shoes at a time. And we all wonder. How may the hunger of illegal traders in Hong Kong in the midst of extreme poverty in China and throughout Asia in particular, to create all these offers?
We all cringed shoulders and thought it none too much: free virtual work of China nearby British hands in front of the capitalism that is given free rein to his talent. And the way they thrived.
