Italian cookie?
I've been looking for this cookie recipe for a long time. This cookie is every Italian bakery. It is made like a round cookie put option with a cherry on top in the middle or sometimes makes a record of one side plane plunges into the chocolate. They also use the cookie length and put two together with a jelly between them and then a final dip in chocolate. I hope I'm explaining this very well you will understand. I know the recipe is only a recipe basic biscuit, but I had no luck. Someone had told me to buy a cookbook cookie from a woman who had owned a Italian bakery had written and that was in it. It was not the right recipe that I found out after I bought the book. I appreciate what someone with this the recipe and is willing to give. Thank you very much
He looked around I found this one: INGREDIENTS * 7 egg whites * 2 1 / 2 cups white * sugar 2 pound ground almonds 2 tablespoons almond extract 1 cup chopped almonds 1 / 3 cup granulated sugar for decoration DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Beat the egg whites and sugar until fluffy. Add the ground almonds and almond extract, mixing well. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls, roll in sugar and put a piece of cherry or candied almonds on top. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees F) until firm. Fund should be light brown.
